Autoguard Group Unifies Partnership with Al-Futtaim

Last week, Group CEO, Robert Dockerill, and Regional Director MEA, Ashwani Shiv, unified the partnership between Autoguard and Al-Futtaim, ahead of the launch of their bespoke warranty programme, Autoguard Group visited Al-Futtaim's MD Carlos Montenegro, Director Paul Lambert and Mohamed Nassar at their headquarters. 

This collaboration not only reflects a shared vision for excellence but also the commitment to providing unparalleled customer satisfaction.

Following this, the Middle East team visited the Service Management team of Al-Futtaim Auto Centers, to provide on-the-ground support and training on the new programme and systems.This proactive approach ensures a seamless transition to the new programme and assists the team to deliver exceptional service to customers.
